Sublime is a  substance which can volatile from solid to gas without  passing through liquid state.
Sublimation is a process of  converting a solid directly into gas without forming liquid state or the process of conversion of gas directly into solid without forming liquid is called sublimation.
Ex: Heating of ammonium chloride solid directly changes into gas without forming Liquid
Other example for the substances which undergoes sublimation are camphor, Iodine
