Answer:

The lens formula is a mathematical relation between the object distance u, image distance v and focal length f of a spherical lens. This formula is applicable to both convex and concave lenses. An object 5.0 cm in length is placed at a distance of 20 cm in front of a convex mirror of radius of curvature 30 cm.
