Answer:
A liquid solution is a liquid in which a substance has been completely dissolved. The substance can be either solid, gas, or other liquid . It is different from a liquid suspension in that the molecules of the substance in suspension are not surrounded by solvent molecules. Some of it examples are milk + water solution, buttermilk + water solution, oil+ water, butter+ water, alcohol + water, kerosene + water, petrol + water, mercury + water etc. oil and water, two non miscible liquid, one polar one non polar.

The answer to the given question is as follows -
- Solid, liquid, or gas dissolved in a liquid solvent form homogenous liquid solutions in the liquid state.
Examples of liquid solutions are -
- Sugar dissolves in water to form sugar syrup, where the solute is solid and the solvent is liquid, thus forming a liquid solution.
- Alcohol dissolves in water, where the solute is liquid and the solvent is liquid, thus forming a liquid solution.
- Carbonated water or soda water is where Carbon dioxide dissolves in water. The solute here is gas while the solvent is a liquid, making the solution a liquid solution.
