what is a 'reserves'? exaplain brief

reserves are the subset of stock it is stored for the future. it can be use with the help of existing technology but it need to be stored for coming generation. for ex water can be used for generating hydroelectric power but it is being utilised in limited.

Reserves:-

These are part of those stock of resources which can be put into use with the help of existing Technology but their use has not been started. For example ,river water can be used for generating hydroelectricity power but presently, it is being utilised only to a limited extent .Thus the water in the dams forest etc as a reserve which can be used in future .
