Adrenaline is a hormone that makes a body ready to deal with situation

It is directly secreted into blood and blood takes this hormone to our muscles.

the blood to stomach and skin is reduced.

also, the heart beats faster and results in supplying more Oxygen to muscle's

Thus it makes the body ready to either fight like John Cena, or run like cat
