Topology refers to the network is laid out physically.
There is 4 types of topology
STAR TOTOLOGY: In this a central device called hub is placed in centre .
MESH TOPOLOGY: In this cables are used in a complex way to connect computers together.All comp.are responsible for sharing data.
BUS TOPOLOGY: In this,comp.are connected in a specific way. A special device called terminator is placed at end of cables.
RING TOPOLOGY: In this every one comp. is connected to other forming a ring.
