Zero polynomial is a constant polynomial whose coefficients are all equal to 0 and it's value in not defined it changes with equation .

eg = 1) p(x)= a -1

for this equation zero is 1 as p(1)=1 -1 =0

2)p(c)=a - 3

for this equation zero is 3 as 3-3 =0
