ABP stands for Androgen Binding Proteins. Work of ABP is to concentrate testosterone in seminiferous tubules. And it also increases the rate of spermatogenesis.

A. Inhibin:- It is secreted by sertoli cells in response to excess spermatogenesis. It gives mainly negative feedback to the anterior pituitary and is negligible to the hypothalamus and then it results in suppression of synthesis and release of FSH.

B. FSH:- Ful form of FSH is Follicle- Stimulating Hormone. It is binded with FSH receptors and is attached to the sertoli cells in the seminiferous tubule. This happens in order to grow and secrete varius spermatogenic substance and ABP.
