Abscissa is value of the x co-ordinates of a graph.

In a Cartesian plane, we plot a point with two axis in terms of (x, y)
i.e.,(2,1),(3,4),etc
First point is called abscissa which is a x-coordinate.
Second point is called ordinate which is a y-coordinate.
i.e., In (2,1)
abscissa is 2
Ordinate is 1
i.e.,(2,1),(3,4),etc
