So let me explain both the terms by comparing them with each other

  1. Acids contain H+ ion while,
  2. Bases can be something that has OH - ion

  1. Further Bases are bitter while,
  2. Acids are sour...

  1. Acids can turn blue litmus red
  2. while Bases show just the reverse action
