What is Acid rain? Describe its effect.

Acid is a rain which occurs when the PH of water is below 5.6 units.It causes damage to plants,animals and other all living and non living things in our earth.It is formed by the excess poinous gas present in the air such as sulphur dioxide, carbon dioxide etc.They dissolve into the rainwater and forms sulphuric acid and carbonic acid.This when falls into the earth causes burns and damages.
