  • Agar is in the gel state at room temperature and it stays in the gel state till the temperature is 65 degrees.
  • But when the temperature is increased the agar solution leads to aging itself.
  • As the melting temperature of water is 0-degree celsius similarly melting point temperature of agar solution is 85-degree Celsius ( approx ).
  • And also the temperature at which the agar solidifies its nature is around 32 degree Celsius to 40-degree celsius.
  • So when the temperature is increased the agar starts to melt.
