In girls the age is 10-12 years

there are many secondary sexual characterstics which takes place during this age.

BOYS: Thin black hairs grow on arms and legs and thick jet black hairs starts growing in the abdominal area above the penis. The skin becomes oily and pimples starts growing. The size of Penis increases and it starts secreting sperm. Moustache and beard starts growing.

GIRLS: Thin hair grows on arms and legs and Thick Black Hair grows in the abdominal area in tha VAGINA. The Breast starts maturing and increases in size, Pimples starts growing and skin becomes oily. The NIPPLES OF THE BREAST Darkens, the lady becomes mature for sexual contact and starts producing eggs. Voice becomes low pitch.
