Aerobic respiration is a process of respiration when oxygen is involved and releases energy for the cells from "glucose"that is sugar.

Aerobic Respiration breaks down molecules of sugar ( glucose ) in order to form ATP ( Adenosine Triphosphate).

In fact ,All organisms which obtain energy by using the aerobic respiration can never live without oxygen.

respiration using oxygen to break down food molecules is called aerobic respiration......aero means air which contains oxygen ,leading to aerobic respiration
glucose+oxygen=carbon dioxide + water (+ATP made)
