Actually this is the concept of Atomic structure.......
Basically this type of particle came into focus in the Rutherfords scattering experiment.....

Basically Alpha particle is a Doubled charged Helium atom ....that is
He2+......It is very much reactive and unstable....,,,,

By Radioactive particle all time spread 3 rays. Alpha particle is 1 st rays which spread by radioactive particles like that uranium rutherfordium etc. Charge of alpha particle is 3.2 × 10 ^ -19 coulmb.
