Aluvial soil are those soils which has been eroded and reshaped by water in some form and redeposited in an non-marine.

Alluvial soil is formed when a soilcarrying stream gradually loses its carrying capacity and leave the soil . it is is rich in nutrients and may contain heavy metals.
