As the time changes there is a need to change many thing according to the new environment so a sudden change in our Constitution with a legal procedure is called amendment.
As the time changes there are need of some change in the construction as per the latest environment since there can be some new crime some new problem and for which there is a need to amendment.
when our Constitution was being prepare by our elders no one of them have seen the upcoming days so there was no possible rule which can be use in the future or not.
