Ampere swimming rule :-

According to this rule if we imagine a man is swimming along the wire in the direction of current with his face always turned towards the needle so the current enter through his feet and leaves at his hand then the N- Pole of magnetic needle will be deflected toward the his left hand .

Ampere's swimming rule states that if a person moves along a stright current craring wire( along needle) such tht current is entering his body through his legs and coming out through head then the north pole of the magnetic needle always deflects along his left hand .

right hnd grip rules is used to determine the direction of magnetic field .If we put our right hnd as we are holding a current cringe wire and out thumb is direction upward then the curl of out other figures is the direction of magnetic field.
