A long chain of amino acids forms proteins. Amino acids have amino group ( NH2- ) and carboxylic group ( COOH- ) at the two ends of the long chain.

arginine
valine
histidine
isoleucine
leucine
methoinene
phenylalanine
thereonine
tryptophan.
The non essential amino acids can be synthesized in our body.
