election commission is the one who helds the election . It has a major role in elections because they only held elections and make them management

after the establishment of a democratic Nation the election commission was formed in order to conduct free and fair elections the role of the election commission and its functions are as follows to prepare a list of voters Election Commission prepare a list of voters Add new voters and update the existing list to recognise a party all political candidates and independent candidates have to fill up of form which have information of their own the election commission scrutinize the forms and give recognition to political parties it can also derecognised political party election commission is totally responsible to conduct free and fair elections and it has the responsibility avoid any criminalisation during the elections
