HI FRIEND

ELECTRIC CHARGE is one of the basic properties of the elementary particles of matter giving rise to all electric and magnetic forces and interactions.

The two kinds of charge are given negative and positive algebraic signs it is measured in coulombs.

Electric charge is a property of matter. There are particles in all matter. These particles have different electrical properties like magnets. They attract or repel other particles. That property is called electrical charge.

The particles attracting or repelling other particles are electrical charges. They carry electric charge on them. They experience force in an electrical field (of a current wire).

Electric charges are formed when atomic particles called electrons or protons go out of neutral atoms.  (Static) Electrical charges are formed when we comb our dry hair with a dry comb.  There are electric charges accumulated on the dry screen of a TV.

All matter consists of particles of two types of electric charges , positive and negative. If these are equal in quantity, then the substance is neutral.
