Hey friend !!

Two rays intersect each other with a common endpoint , then such a figure formed is known as an angle.

The two rays are known as the sides of the angle or arms of the angle.

The common  endpoint is known as the vertex.

The space between the two rays , that is the angle , is measured in degrees ,
for example :-
   60
° , 50° etc ...

There are mainly three types of angles :-

=>Acute Angle :-  An angle that measures less than 90°
Example :-   45° , 50° or any other angle less than 90°

=> Obtuse angle :-
An angle that measures more than 90°
Example :- 105° , 125° or any  other angle more than 90°

=> Right angle :-
An angle that measures exactly 90°.

In addition to these three, there is a special angle :-
Straight angle :- A
ny angle which measures exactly 180 degrees. [ a straight line ]

Hey friend,

When two rays intersect at a point they form an angle. An angle consists of two rays having a common endpoint.

The rays are known as the arms of the triangle. The intersection of the rays (endpoint) is known as the vertex.

THERE ARE FIVE TYPES OF ANGLES. THEY ARE: ACUTE ANGLES- angles whose measures are less than 90° OBTUSE ANGLES- angles whose measures are more than 90° STRAIGHT ANGLES- angles whose measures are 180° REFLEX ANGLES- angles whose measures are more than 180° and less than 360° COMPLETE ANGLES- angles whose measures are 360° forming a circle. In addition to these, there are a few more types of angles in pairs... ADJACENT ANGLES- two angles having a common vertex, common arm and the non-common arms lie on the opposite side of the common arm. COMPLEMENTARY ANGLES- the sum of the measures of two angles are 90° they are known as complementary angles. SUPPLEMENTARY ANGLES- when the sum of two angles are 180° they are known as supplementary angles. When two angles are supplementary each angle is said to be the supplement of other. #hope this helps...
