180 degrees =(pi) radians
In 10 seconds it covers 60 degrees

Second hand takes 60 seconds (1 minute) for one circle.

That means,

     60 seconds = 1 revolution = 360 degrees = 2π radiant

     60 seconds = 2π radians

for       1 second = 2π radians/60

for   10 seconds = (2π radians/60) X 10

                          = 2π radians/6

                          = π radians/3

                          = 3.14 radians/3

                          = 1.046 radians

Answer : 1.046 radians
