well it's a state that comes in and everyone's life and you know that it can lead to some serious issues that are depression and all but if you never come this you have to share this with someone really close to you like your parents or a best friend your siblings and from that you feel like your heart is become light and you be attracted towards happy things rather than sitting alone and being sad all the time and developer positive energy in yourself and stop thinking about what others think about you because it is said that excellence is not a skill it is an attitude so developed in yourself and you'll feel it
