In the same way that normal "matter" comprises of atoms containing electrons, protons and neutrons, "antimatter" comprises of antiparticles- the "positron" (this is the Anti-Electron, positively charged), the Anti-protons (negatively charged).
The electrical charges on the "Anti-particles" making up "Anti-Matter" are thus reversed.
HOW ARE THEY GENERATED?
The Anti-Particles have been generated in the particle accelerators under very high speed collisions.
