When farming or breeding of plants or animals is done in an aquatic environment like lake, ponds or rivers than this type of farming is known as Aquaculture.

It produces all sorts of fish, like food fish, baits fish, ornamental fish e.t.c as well as algae, sea vegetables, and fish eggs.
