Hey mate here's the solution:
First we can divide the given figure in 3 parts i.e. rect. and two triangle. And then we can add them
>>Area of Rectangle - l*b
=75*50 cm
=3750 sq.cm
>>Area of triangle 1. - 0.5*b*h
= 0.5*20*25 cm
250 sq.cm
>>Area of triangle 2. - ( same as triangle 1.)
= 250 sq.cm
∆Total are= ( 3750+250+250 )sq.cm
=4250 sq.cm

triangle 1. area i not equal to triangle 2. because ∆1's base is 20 and ∆1's base +2nd ones is equal to 50. So ∆2s base is 50-20=30
