arithmetic progression is sequence in which u find common difference same
it has,sequence
a, a+d, a+2d.........
d is called common difference
it also has property in which even numbers of terms there u will find first and last term sum equal to second and second last term sum etc
like
a1, a2, a3,a4
So a1 + a4 = a2 + a3
its general term
is an = a + ( n -1) d
examples
1,2,3. .....
has common difference 2-1 = 1 , 3-2 = 1
2,4,6,8...
has common difference 4-2 = 2
these both Are in arithmetic progression
As first series has constant common difference 1
and second series has constant difference 2
it has,sequence
a, a+d, a+2d.........
