Okay, I came up with some answers to this question. One reason is simple; it's that it's merely an emotional expression to communicate a complex idea that's too complicated for us (the majority) to understand it logically, at first. Art can show ideas that language, alone, can't show plainly. However, there can be art in the usage of language and symbols, for example: poems, music, and cliches.
