hydrogen molecules has both protons and spin in same direction is ortho
spin in opposite direction is para hydrogen

Ortho hydrogens are those in which the spins of both the nuclei are in the same direction.
Molecules of hydrogenin which the spins of both the nuclei are in the opposite direction are called para hy drogen.
