- Article 15 of the Constitution of India promotes equality on all grounds.According to this article, no citizen will be discriminated against the other on the grounds of religion, caste, language, sex etc.All will be treated equally and will enjoy equal justice.There shall be no restrictions of religion, caste, place of birth, gender etc. in using public places.
