According to this article, in Kashmir Indian constitution will not be followed and in Kashmir it will have its different flag . All the rules made by judiciary which all implement Ed in whole India are not implemented in Kashmir.AND NO ONE CAN TAKE LAND IN KASHMIR IF HE IS FROM OTHER STATE
