ASL stands for assessment of speaking and listening. In the speaking assessment you will be provided with the topic and you have to speak on it for about 2 to 3 minutes as just like extempore and in the listening assessment will be provided with the sheet in which some listening task will be played on a recorder or whatever you have to listen it carefully and then you have to mark the correct answers of write them onto the sheet you are provided with.
