An Atom is the smallest unit by which everything in the universe is made up of.An atom is made up of tiny particles called Protons,Neutrons and Electrons.Protons and neutrons lie in the nucleus of the atom and the electrons revolve around the atom.Protons are positively charged and electrons are negatively charged.Neutrons have no charge(it is neutral).
