AUTOTROPHS:- Autotrophs are the organisms which make their own food by using inorganic raw materials such as carbon dioxide and water. These are the organisms which do not depend on others for their food . For example :- green plants are autotrophs which make their food by the process of photosynthesis.

HETEROTROPHS :- Heterotrophs are the organisms which do not make their own food by using inorganic raw material such as carbon dioxide and water. These are the organisms which depends on others for their food . For example :- We human beings are heterotrophs .
