Azimuthal Quantum number => It is represented by small (l). It's value depend upon the value of principal Quantum number and it provide the information in which the sub shells in which the electrons is present. It's value is 0 to n-1.

Magnetic Quantum number => The magnetic quantum number gives us orientation of quantum number. A sub shells in an atom suppose to be compose of several orbital. The magnetic quantum number (m) tells in which orbital an electron lies and it is depend on the Azimuthal Quantum number. It's value is (-l) to (+l).
