A balanced diet is a type of diet that gives your body the full nutrition it needs to function properly. In order to get a well balanced
nutrition, you must obtain the majority of your daily calories from
fresh fruits and vegetables,grains, and proteins.You must take in adequate amount of food in and must not take too much amount of Fats,Proteins,etc you must only take the required amount in.The regular requirement of calories is about 3000 calories.
