There may Be some app for learning Bengali. But those have many limitations. But i think, if possible, you should make friends (in facebook) with some Bengalis, at least one from West Bengal and one from Bangladesh and say them about your wish. Bengalis in facebook are mostly either unemployed youths or lazy housewives. So they have enough time to chat with fb friends. Any way I am a Bengali and dont take the last few words seriously.
And since you know English and most of Educated Bengalis know English so it will be very effective for learning to speak Bengali.
And obviously you should learn with both friends from India and Bangladesh (Because otherwise you may not learn all the necessary words to speak with people of both places.
Atl first you have to learn Alphabets and their pronounciation. Then some words (Indian Family relations, Foods, Fruits, Envionmental elements, Home commodities, Market and shoping, Human Body and Health, Necessary abstract words used in daily life), . sturcture of sentence, Person and Pronoun, Tense and verbs forms acconding to person and tense, Numbers, Articles and Prepositions, conjunction, Adjective, Adverd, degree and so on. If you want to learn Bengali more thoroughly then you have to Find a teacher who can give you time in person.
