Bhoodan Movement (Land Gift Movement) was a voluntary land reform movement started by Vinoba Bhave in Telengana in 1951. This movement tried to persude wealthy landowners to voluntarily gift some percentage of land to landless labors.
Gramdan Movement was started in 1952 in UP and is the development of Bhoodan Movement. This movement attempted villagers to donate the land of whole village for the society. So there is no private ownership and all receive according to their need.
