Big bang theory :-

The Galaxies are not stationary But are moving away from each other at a great speed. Therefore, our universe is not stationary But expanding.

It means that the universe must have been very small in the beginning and at some point in the beginning; Some event must have happened when the universe started expanding. This event is called Big- Bang .

\huge\underline\mathfrak\green{Big\:bang\:theory}:

The big bang is how astronomers explain the way the universe began.

It is the idea that the universe began as just a single point, then expanded and stretched to grow as large as it is right now (and it could still be stretching).
