Here is your answer
A black hole is a region of spacetime exhibiting such strong gravitational effects that nothing—not even particles and electromagnetic radiation such as light—can escape from inside it. The theory of general relativity predicts that a sufficiently compact mass can deform spacetime to form a black hole.
Located about 32 million light-years from Earth in the Messier 74 galaxy (M74), this object emits periodic bursts of x-rays at a rate that suggests it is much larger than a stellar-massblack hole but significantly smaller than the supermassive black holesfound at the centers of galaxies.

Black hole is a region of space having a gravitational field so intense that no matter or radiation can escape . It is formed by destroying the star . It has too much strong force of attraction.
There is no fixed location of black hole . It is situated anywhere in space.

I think that blackholes are usually situated in the middle of a galaxy. That is why all the celestial matter is revolving around the black hole!
