Bond order for C2- is 2.5. You can figure this from the formula:
bond order = 1/2 x [no. of e- in bonding MO's - no. of e- in antibonding MO's]
C2- has 5 more electrons in bonding than in antibonding MO's. Just put one more electron into the lowest unoccupied MO of C2 to get C2-.

bond order =
no of bonding e - no of antibonding e

= 8 - 4 /2 = 2 ( diamagnetic)
