the cell which are found in bones are called bone cell.bones are made up of living cell, which helps them to grow and repair themselves. bone cells are responsible for bone production, maintenance and modelling.the bone cell are differentiated into osteoblasts, osteocytes and osteoclasts.
Osteoblasts: this cell are drived from mesenchymal stems cell and are responsible from bone matrix synthesis and its subsequent mineralization.
Osteocytes:osteocytes situated deep in the bone matrix, maintain contact with newly incorporated osteocytes in osteoid on the bone surface, through the extensive network of cell processes.
Osteoclasts:osteoclasts function in the resorption of minralized tissue and are found attached to the bone surface.
