Brachial plexus is a group of nerves that come from the spinal cord in the neck and travel down the arms.T hey control the muscles of nerves,shoulders,e lbow,wrist and hand.I t begins in the root of neck to the axilla.T hen enters upper arm.I t is formed by the intercommunications of ventral rami or roots of the lower four cervical nerves and the first throcic nerves...!!
