Brain freeze is kind off severe but brief pain in the head induced by the consumption of very cold food or drink.

Now Dizzy or Dizziness can be described as the feeling of spinning of the head. It may be due to several reason:-

• Dehydration
• Not eating food at correct time and less energy
• Due to excessive heat.

These are the possible causes.
