Bromance is a close non-sexual relationship between 2 men. In other words, it describes a close friendship between 2 men, it is in no way gay. A straight guy with his male best friend could be said to be in a bromance.
If u consider Shrek and Donkey(both male characters), they could be said to be in a bromance.
