Budding is a type of asexual reproduction in which a new organism develops from a
n outgrowth or bud due to cell division at one particular site. ... The new organism remains attached as it grows, separating from the parent organism only when it is mature, leaving behind scar tissue.

● Budding :-

It is a small outgrowth develop near hystrone(disteland) due to mitosis. A small mouth develop in outgrowth forming young bud. when the bud develop tentacles it is called Mature bud. The older bud move towards pedal disc. Mature or old bud detached to organ body to form new organs/ new hydra.
