buoyancy or upthrust, is an upward force exerted by a fluid that opposes the weight of an immersed object. In a column of fluid, pressure increases with depth as a result of the weight of the overlying fluid.

B=pVg

B = Byount force in N

p = fluid density in kg/m³

V = displaced volume of liquid in kg/m³

g= 9.8 m/sec

Hello dear your answer....

buoyancy of thrust is an upward force exerted by a fluid that oppose the weight of an a immersed object...

or you can write this answer..

buoyancy is the force exerted by an object that is wholly of partly immersed in the fluid.the formula for the magnitude of buoyancy is B or FB..as a vector is a must be started with both magnitude and direction.

Thanks!!
