what is carbon dioxide cycle?

Plants use carbon dioxide and sunlight to make their own food and grow. The carbon becomes part of the plant. Plants that die and are buried may turn into fossil fuels made of carbon like coal and oil over millions of years. When humans burn fossil fuels, most of the carbon quickly enters the atmosphere as carbon dioxide.
Hope it helps

Answer :-
- Carbon dioxide and oxygen are being continuously consumed and generated by the organisms. Green plants use carbon dioxide during photosynthesis and produce oxygen and carbohydrates. During respiration of organisms oxygen and carbohydrates are consumed and carbon dioxide and water are formed.
- Thus there is a balance between carbon dioxide and oxygen in the environment. but recent years there is indiscriminately used of fossil fuels. This resultant in increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
- In atmosphere carbon dioxide is about 0.03 to 0.04 per cent.
- Carbon dioxide dissolved in water as carbonate and hydrogen carbonate salts used to form the exoskeleton, such as shells in many aquatic animals..
