carcinogenecity: it is any substance or radionuclide that pramotes carcinogenesis, the formation of cancer. this may be due to damage of genome or disruption of cellular metabollic processes.

toxicity: toxicity can refer to effect on a whole organism, such as animal, bacterium or plant as well as effect on a substance of organism such as cell or an organ.
